    Hubei Cancer Hospital Colorectal Cancer Scientific Research Group is composed of professional technicians from Department of Gastrointestinal Surgery, Hepatopancreatobiliary, Medical Oncology, Radiotherapy, Pathology, PET-CT and Tumor Research Institute. The profession covers basic research, diagnostic imaging, pathological diagnosis, medical and surgical treatment and radiotherapy. The Group aims to combine everyone's wisdom to find new methods for basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer, thereby to keep up with the international advanced level and better service patients with colorectal cancer eventually.

    Group leader: Shaozhong Wei, Doctor of Medicine, Professor, Chief Physician, Master Tutor, President of Hubei Cancer Hospital, majors in gastro-intestinal surgery and urological male reproductive system tumor surgery, especially in comprehensive treatment for colorectal cancer, gastro-intestinal stromal tumor, prostate cancer and kidney and bladder tumor.

    Zhiguo Xiong: Bachelor of Medicine, Associate Chief Physician, majors in gastro-intestinal and urinary male reproductive system tumor surgery, especially in gastro-intestinal cancer and pancreatic tumor surgery.

    Diansheng Cui: Doctor of Surgery, Chief Physician, majors in benign and malignant hepatic tumor surgery, especially in hepatocellular carcinoma huge tumor resection in difficult sites, surgical comprehensive therapy for various kinds of hepatic metastasis, especially for liver metastases of colorectal cancer.

    Feng Zhang: Doctor of Tumor Surgery, Postdoctor, Associate Chief Physician, majors in operation and comprehensive treatment for liver cancer and pancreatic cancer.

    Desheng Hu: Bachelor of Medicine, Chief Physician, Master Tutor, Vice President of Hubei Cancer Hospital, Radiation Science Leader, majors in IMRT and IGRT of malignant tumor.

    Guang Han: Doctor of Oncology, Chief Physician, majors in chemoradiotherapy and biological gene therapy for various kinds of common malignant tumors, such as lung cancer, breast cancer, nasopharynx cancer, colorectal cancer, etc.

    Wenyong Tan: Doctor of Medicine, Associate Chief Pysician, majors in malignant tumor radiotherapy and clinical and basic research.

    Aihua Zang: Bachelor of Medicine, Chief Physician, majors in chemotherapy and molecular targeting treatment and cancer pain standardized treatment for common malignant tumors, such as, lung cancer, digestive system neoplasm, breast cancer, lymphoma, soft tissue tumor, multiple myeloma, etc.

    Huiting Xu: Doctor of Oncology, Chief Phsician, majors in chemotherapy and molecular targeting treatment for common solid tumors, such as digestive system neoplasm, lung cancer, breast cancer, lymphoma, soft tissue tumor, etc., especially for gastroenteric tumor, with extensive clinical experience in pain and palliative care.

Yu Qian: Bachelor of Medicine from Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Resident Doctor, majors in molecular diagnosis and targeting treatment for colorectal cancer.

    Dasheng Qiu: Doctor of Imaging and Nuclear Medicine, Chief Physician, Director of PET/CT in Hubei Cancer Hospital, majors in tumor imaging diagnosis.

    Li Su: Doctor, Professor, from Key Laboratory of Molecular Biophysics, Ministry of Education, Life Science and Technology College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, majors in research of cell signal transduction pathways mediated by small molecule G protein and tumor immunology.

    Qiongrong Chen: Doctor of Pathogeny Biology, Attending Physician, majors in pathological diagnosis of lymphoma and soft tissue tumor, especially of liver tumor.
